24. AMENDMENT TO FY 2017 NON DEPARTMENTAL CAPITAL LEASE DEBT SERVICE FUND BUDGET In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following amendment to the FY 2017 Non Departmental (D470) Budget: 1) Increase the expenditure authority for the Capital Lease Debt Service Fund (321) Desktop Laptop Replacement (DLRP) by $169,060 from $2,926,394 to $3,095,454; and 2) Decrease the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring/Non Project (1001) in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) in the amount of $169,060. The FY 2017 budget for the DLRP debt expense was adopted with an estimated debt service payment. The final debt service payment amount has been finalized which requires an increase to this budget. Funding exists in the Debt Service Fund to pay this additional expense. (C-41-17-003-M-00)
