23. AMENDMENT TO FY 2017 NON DEPARTMENTAL CAPITAL LEASE DEBT SERVICE FUND BUDGET In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106( B), approve the transfer of Non- Recurring expenditure authority between Non Departmental (D470), Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) and the Capital Lease Debt Service Fund (321). This action will require the following adjustments to the FY 2017 Budget: a) Decrease the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring/Non Project (NRNP) in the line “Unreserved Contingency” (4711) in the amount of $515,853. b) Increase the expenditure appropriation in the Non Departmental (D470) County Improvement Debt 2 Fund (321) Desktop Laptop Replacement (DLRP) by $515,853 from $3,095,454 to $3,611,307; and The FY 2017 budget for the DLRP debt expense was adopted with an estimated debt service payment. The final debt service payment amount has been finalized which requires an increase to this budget. Funding exists in the Debt Service Fund to pay this additional expense. The approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. (C-41-17-004-M-00)
