OFFICE OF ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Approve the exception to the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget Guidelines and Priorities allowing the review of the following request over baseline totalling $10,122,484: 1. $201,868 in General Fund (100) Operating (1000) 2. $545,094 in General Fund (100) Major Maintenance Operating (ITMO) Increase 3. $9,375,522 in General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) 1.The General Fund Operating increase includes a. funds needed to cover recovery of budget dollars for Enterprise Data Center that were adjusted with an increase of the vacancy savings percentage after the FY2018 Budget request was submitted and b. new maintenance costs of associated with the implementation of the Customer Service Center service management system. 2. The General Fund Major Maintenance increase includes increased costs for a. Content Management system maintenance, b. Data Network Infrastructure growth and hardware maintenance, c. Enterprise Data Center warranty and hardware maintenance, and d. Information Security maintenance. 3. The General Fund Non Recurring (NRNP) request is to support information security initiatives of $381,768 and the next set of Public Safety Radio subscriber radio replacements totaling $8,993,754.
