INTEGRATED CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Approve the exception to the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget Guidelines and Priorities allowing the review of the request over baseline for the Detention Fund (255) Non Recurring (NRNP) totaling $1,157,000. The Detention Fund Non Recurring (NRNP) request is for funding to refresh hardware that supports the Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) infrastructure.
