49. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CONVERGEONE INC., FORMALLY ALTIVON L.P. Extend the use of a competition impracticable agreement (CI) that was approved on June 23, 2021 by the Board of Supervisors. The approved CI was for six (6) months with Altivon L.P. to provide maintenance and support for the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) call center solution used by various departments.
