The Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) has been asked to participate in a project sponsored by the Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies to develop a Continuity of the Economy plan in the wake of widespread cybersecurity attacks. IGA AND REVISED MULTI-PARTY MOU FOR A CONTINUITY OF THE ECONOMY PLAN Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) to accompany the multi-party Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) approved by the Board of Supervisors on December 8, 2021 and approve the revised MOU. The Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) has been asked to participate in a project sponsored by the Center of Cyber and Technology Innovation at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies to develop a Continuity of the Economy plan. The MOU approved on December 8, 2021 allows OET to participate with Arizona Department of Administration, Northern Arizona University, and Arizona State University. The IGA associated with this MOU is between Maricopa County and the Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU). The purpose of the IGA is to provide a non-disclosure agreement for provision of certain confidential or proprietary information between the County and ASU. (C-41-22-015-X-01)
