37. CONSENT AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY Approve and sign the consent agreement being requested by the State of Arizona), between Maricopa County and Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS). By signing the consent agreement, Maricopa County is authorizing the State to directly utilize federal and state cybersecurity grant funds to provide services to State, Local, Tribal, Territorial & Education (SLTTE) agencies throughout the State of Arizona, which includes Maricopa County, through the Statewide Cybersecurity Grants Initiative. By providing basic security tools and services to un/under-resourced organizations, the overall security posture of the entire State is improved, and Maricopa County becomes less at risk of cyber attackers coming at us from trusted agencies may have otherwise been compromised.
