COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE CONTRACT WITH CIVICPLUS, LLC Approve a competition impracticable contract with CivicPlus, LLC for website hosting support in a form to be approved by the County Attorney’s Office. This includes maintenance, licenses and annual software subscription Social Media Archiving for the Office of Communications and Next Request public records request software for the Recorder, Elections, and County Attorney. This contract is for a term of two years, beginning on April 6, 2026 and ending April 5, 2028 with one annual renewal option. The not to exceed contract value is estimated at $787,984 for two years. This is a replacement contract for contract 15059-RFP that expires April 5, 2026. (C-41-26-002-X-00)
