25. ARIZONA METH PROJECT DONATION FROM SCF ARIZONA Accept donation of $25,000 from SCF Arizona (State Compensation Fund) for the AZ METH PROJECT. This action will require an appropriation adjustment to General Fund (100) Non-departmental (470) Other Programs (4712) Non-recurring (0001) line item titled “Meth Project,” increasing the FY 2008-09 revenue and expenditure budgets by $25,000. Donation revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of these revenues is not prohibited by the law. (C-42-09-006-D-00)
