19. TERMINATION OF LEASE NO. L-7363 Terminate the Lease No. L-7363 for 4,860 square feet of warehouse space used by the Treasurer's Office located at 2095 B East Magnolia, Phoenix, AZ. at the end of the current fiscal year due to non-appropriation of funds and authorize Real Estate Services staff to give written notice of said lease termination to EastGroup Properties, L.P., a Delaware Limited Partnership, as Lessor.
