OFFER FOR PARCEL FROM TAX DEEDED LAND SALE Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303, accept the cash offer of $500.00 from the Town of Gilbert on the following tax deed land parcel: Date Previously Offered: 12/07/2006 Parcel Number: 304-71-003C Purchaser/Name for Deed: Town of Gilbert Amount of Offer: $500.00 Amount of Charges against the parcel: $2,417.10 Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deed to convey the property sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262(A) and A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds from the sale in the amount of $500.00 will revert to the County General Fund. (C-43-10-032-7-00)
