OFFER FOR PARCEL FROM TAX DEEDED LAND SALE Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303, accept the cash offer of $500.00 on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel: Date previously offered: 06/21/2004 Parcel Number: 102-09-003F Purchaser/Name for the Deed: Sunset Square Plaza LLC/City of Glendale Amount of Offer: $500.00 Amount of Charges against the parcel: $896.65 Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deed to convey the property sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262(A) and A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds from the sale in the amount of $500.00 will revert to the County General Fund. (C-43-11-004-7-00)
