OFFER FOR PARCEL FROM TAX DEEDED LAND SALE Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303, accept the cash offer of $960.00 from City of Phoenix on the following Tax Deeded Land parcels: Date Previously Offered: 12/07/2006 Parcel Numbers: 208-08-449A and 208-08-452 Purchaser/Name for the Deed (both parcels): City of Phoenix Amount of Offer: $960.00 ($480.00 each parcel) Amount of charges against the parcels: $2,383.01 for parcel 208-08-449A and $5,097.13 for parcel 208-08-452 Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deed to convey the property sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262(A) and A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds from the sale in the amount of $960.00 will revert to the County General Fund. (C-43-11-028-7-00)
