17. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCELS BY TOWN OF WICKENBURG Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), accept the cash offers of $260.00 (505-31-099) and $280.00 (505-31-100) for a total offer of $540.00 by the Town of Wickenburg on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel(s) for which the following conditions apply: Date Previously Offered – N/A Parcel Number – 505-31-099 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Town of Wickenburg Amount of Offer – $260.00 Date Previously Offered – N/A Parcel Number – 505-31-100 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Town of Wickenburg Amount of Offer – $280.00 The Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The Board of Supervisors shall convey the deed and apportion the monies received in the transaction in the manner prescribed by this section. Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deeds to convey the properties sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale in the total amount of $540.00 will revert to the County General Fund.
