22. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED PROPERTY FROM CITY OF SCOTTSDALE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), accept the cash offer of $300.00 from the City of Scottsdale on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel(s) for which the following conditions apply: The Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The Board of Supervisors shall convey the deed and apportion the monies received in the transaction in the manner prescribed by this section. Date Previously Offered – N/A Parcel Number – 212-11-288 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – City of Scottsdale Amount of Offer – $300.00 Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deeds to convey the properties sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale in the total amount of $300.00 will revert to the County General Fund. The Treasurer recommends to the Board of Supervisors that the offers be accepted. (C-43-16-044-7-00)
