OFFER FOR TAX DEEDED LAND PARCELS BY CITY OF SURPRISE Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), accept the cash offers of $275.00 (501-20-034K), $275.00 (502-07-005M), $265.00 (503-17-007Q), $265.00 (503-30-066A), $400.00 (503-51-263), $285.00 (503-30-050), $260.00 (503-34-224G), $265.00 (503-51-249D), $260.00 (503-52-019J), $260.00 (503-52-019L), $270.00 (503-55-003R), $260.00 (503-55-006L), $260.00 (503-55-023E), $280.00 (503-55-042) for a total offer of $3,880.00 by the City of Surprise on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel(s) for which the following conditions apply: The Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The Board of Supervisors shall convey the deed and apportion the monies received in the transaction in the manner prescribed by this section.
