16. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCELS FROM CITY OF MESA Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), accept the cash offers of $260.00 for each parcel 304-05-648 through 304-05-653 for a total offer of $1,560.00 from the City of Mesa on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel(s) for which the following conditions apply: The Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The Board of Supervisors shall convey the deed and apportion the monies received in the transaction in the manner prescribed by this section. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale in the total amount of $1,560.00 will revert to the County General Fund.
