30. LIST OF REAL PROPERTY HELD BY STATE BY TAX DEED Pursuant to ARS §42-18301 compile and prepare a list of real property held by the State by tax deed based on information supplied by the Treasurer prior to the first Monday in November. This list may be amended from time to time as certain parcels may be sold pursuant to ARS §42-18303. In addition, authorize the Treasurer to use this list to conduct a tax deeded land sale in compliance with ARS §42-18301 and in compliance with the Tax Deeded Land Sale Procedures adopted by the Board of Supervisors July 26, 2006.
