27. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL PREVIOUSLY OFFERED (B) Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303, accept the cash offer of $200.00 from Fresh Home Resolution, LLC. on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel. A.R.S.§42-18303 allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash except as provided in subsections E and F of this section. Date Previously Offered – April 7, 2016 Parcel Number – 506-41-034 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Fresh Home Resolution, LLC Amount of Offer – $200.00 The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 4. Crossroads are S. Wintersburg Rd. and W. Buckeye Rd. Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deeds to convey the properties sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale in the total amount of $200.00 will revert to the County General Fund.
