OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL PREVIOUSLY OFFERED (D) Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, accept one of the two cash offers, $200.00 from Mark Ivanich, OR $3,051.00 from Breckenridge Property Fund 2016, LLC., or additional cash bids, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel: Date Previously Offered: April 7, 2016 Parcel No.: 219-26-100D Purchaser/Name for the Deed: Mark Ivanich Amount of Offer – $200.00 OR Date Previously Offered: April 7, 2016 Parcel Number: 219-26-100D Purchaser/Name for the Deed: Breckenridge Property Fund 2016, LLC Amount of Offer – $3,051.00 The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 2. Crossroads are E. McKellips and N. Sossaman Rd. Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept one of the two payments and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale in the total amount of $200.00 OR $3,051.00 will revert to the County General Fund.
