OFFER ON TAX DEEDED PARCEL PREVIOUSLY OFFERED Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303, accept the cash offer of $300.00 from Mark Ivanich on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel: Date Previously Offered – March 24 to April 7, 2016 Parcel Number – 506-58-115D Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Mark Ivanich Amount of Offer – $300.00 General Vicinity: 481st Avenue and Courthouse Road. Supervisorial District 5. A.R.S. §42-18303 allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash except as provided in subsections E and F of this section. Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deed to convey the property sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale in the total amount of $300.00 will revert to the County General Fund.
