17. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL PREVIOUSLY OFFERED Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303(E), accept the cash offer of $1,000.00 from the City of Phoenix on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel(s) for which the following conditions apply: Date Previously Offered – March/April 2016 Parcel Number – 206-04-006G Purchaser / Name for the Deed – City of Phoenix, a municipal corporation Amount of Offer – $1,000.00 The Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The Board of Supervisors shall convey the deed and apportion the monies received in the transaction in the manner prescribed by this section. Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deed to convey the properties sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale in the total amount of $1,000.00 will revert to the County General Fund. The Treasurer recommends to the Board of Supervisors that the offer be accepted. The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 3 and has the following crossroads: N. 27th AVE and W. Deer Valley Road (C-43-17-040-M-00)
