OFFER ON PREVIOUSLY OFFERED TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303(A), consider the cash offer of $282.10 from Michael Bystrom, or additional bids as offered at the Board meeting, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel: Date Previously Offered – April 7, 2016 Parcel Number – 138-51-028 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Michael Bystrom Amount of Offer – $282.10 A.R.S. §42-18303 states that the County may sell real property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash except as provided in subsections E and F of this section. If the Board votes to sell the subject property, direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deed to convey the property sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale will revert to the County General Fund. The Treasurer recommends to the Board of Supervisors that an offer be accepted. The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 2. Crossroads are S. Country Club Drive and W. Broadway Road. (C-43-17-043-M-00)
