OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL PREVIOUSLY OFFERED 214-08-267 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, consider the cash offer of $281.70 from Austin Gurule, or additional bids as offered before or at the Board meeting, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel: Date Previously Offered – 03/24 to 04/07/2016 Parcel Number – 214-08-267 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Austin and Charlotte Gurule Amount of Offer – $281.70 The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 03. Crossroads are N. Cave Creek Road and E. Bell Rd. If the Board votes to accept the original or a subsequent bid, direct that the Treasurer’s Office to accept payment and prepare the deed to convey the property(ies) sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing.
