OFFERS ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 500-14-238 PREVIOUSLY OFFERED Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, consider the three cash offers, or any additional cash bids which may be offered at the Board meeting, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel: Parcel Number – 500-14-238 Date Previously Offered – Mar 24 to April 7, 2016 Offer #1 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Austin and Charlotte Gurule Amount of Offer – $89.40 Offer #2 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Carlos Xzavier Martinez Amount of Offer – $207.00 Offer #3 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Hannelore R Inman Amount of Offer – $210.00 If the Board accepts 1 of the 3 offers on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing.
