OFFER ON PREVIOUSLY OFFERED TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 219-21-004V Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, consider the two cash offers, or any additional cash bids which may be offered at the Board meeting, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel: A.R.S.§42-18303 allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash except as provided in subsections E and F of this section. Parcel Number – 219-21-004V Date Previously Offered – 03/24 to 04/07/2016 Offer #1 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Austin and Charlotte Gurule Amount of Offer – $259.26 Offer #2 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Brian and Suzanne Shaw Amount of Offer -- $300.00 If the Board accepts one of the two offers on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262, the proceeds from the sale will revert to the County General Fund. If no bid is accepted by the Board, direct the Treasurer’s Office to refund all monies. The Treasurer makes no recommendation as to which offer to accept, if any. The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 2. Crossroads are N. Hawes Road and E. Thomas Rd.
