REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE FOR TREASURER'S OFFICE Approve an exception to the FY 2019 Budgeting Guidelines and Priorities allowing the review of the following request over baseline totaling $0: 1. $899,140 in General Fund (100) Operating (1000) 2. ($899,140) in General Fund (100) Mailing (TPP0) The Treasurer’s Office mailing budget is currently in a line item appropriation as we requested. This request was made in order to isolate the budget while we worked on several initiatives to bring the cost down and improve service. We no longer wish to isolate the mailing budget as we have achieved tremendous results in this area, through the previously mentioned initiatives and policy changes. The Office requests a return to an honest lump sum budget. The movement of these monies between appropriation units does not constitute a net increase in the Treasurer Office's budget.
