OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 304-66-843B BY TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), accept the cash offer of $300.00 for parcel listed below from the Town of Queen Creek on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel(s) for which the following conditions apply: The Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The Board of Supervisors shall convey the deed and apportion the monies received in the transaction in the manner prescribed by this section. Parcel Number – 304-66-843B Date Previously Offered – N/A Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Town of Queen Creek Amount of Offer – $300.00 Direct that the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the deeds to convey the properties sold and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18262(A), the proceeds from the sale in the total amount of $300.00 shall be paid to the county treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees and costs charged against the parcel, the treasurer shall apportion the remainder according to ARS §42-18303(C). The Treasurer recommends to the Board of Supervisors that the offer be accepted. The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 1. Crossroads are S. Ellsworth Rd. and E. Ocotillo Rd.
