OFFER ON PREVIOUSLY OFFERED TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 130-36-001C Accept the cash offer of $1,000.00 from Spencer Bell, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel: A.R.S.§42-18303(A) allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash except as provided in subsections E and F of this section. Date Previously Offered – 03/24 to 04/07/2016 Parcel Number – 130-36-001C Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Spencer Bell Amount of Offer – $1,000.00 If the Board accepts the offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the county treasurer.
