OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 400-09-014 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), accept the cash offer of $10.00 from the City of Buckeye on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel for which the following conditions apply: The Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The Board of Supervisors shall convey the deed and apportion the monies received in the transaction in the manner prescribed by this section. Parcel Number – 400-09-014 Advertised for auction – 02/20/20 to 03/05/20 Date of Auction - 03/06/20 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – City of Buckeye Amount of Offer – $10.00 If the Board accepts the offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the county treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees and costs charged against the parcel, the treasurer shall apportion the remainder according to ARS 42-18303(C).
