OFFERS ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 401-43-944 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, consider the cash offers, or any additional cash bids which were offered and submitted to the Treasurer’s e-mail portal no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday 3/09/2021, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel. A.R.S.§42-18303 allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash. Parcel Number – 401-43-944 Date Previously Offered – April 2020 Offer #1 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Jon and Mary Ciulei Amount of Offer – $280.02 Offer #2 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Louise Weddell Amount of Offer – $1,001.01 Offer #3 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Kenya Gamboa Amount of Offer – $320.00 If the Board accepts an offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to the winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing.
