23. OFFERS ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 400-33-138 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, the foregoing parcel was offered for sale at auction. No bids were received for the parcel at the auction, but thereafter the following bids were received. Please consider the cash offers, or any additional cash bids which were offered and submitted to the Treasurer’s e-mail portal no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday 3/09/2021, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel. A.R.S.§42-18303 allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash. Parcel Number – 400-33-138 Date Previously Offered – Nov 2021 Offer #1 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – 26 Sylvia llc /Mark Ivanich Amount of Offer – $300.00 Offer #2 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Joaguin Mercado Amount of Offer – $1,000.00 Offer #3 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Roxanne Hudson Amount of Offer – $300.00 If the Board accepts the offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the county treasurer.
