23. OFFERS ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 400-33-138 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, the foregoing parcel was offered for sale at auction. No bids were received for the parcel at the auction, but thereafter the following bids were received. Please consider the cash offers, or any additional cash bids which were offered and submitted to the Treasurer’s e-mail portal no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday 3/09/2021, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel. A.R.S.§42-18303 allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash.
