30. OFFERS ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 200-08-472 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, consider the cash offers, on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel. Parcel Number – 200-08-472 Date Previously Offered – April 2020 Offer #1 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Valeriy Kesov Amount of Offer – $433.53 Offer #2 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Dr. Kevin Choi/ Cantera Trust Amount of Offer – $333.53 Offer #3 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Chun Tan Amount of Offer – $2,300.00 If the Board accepts an offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s O ffice accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to the winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the county tre asurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees and costs charged against the parcel, the treasurer shall apportion the remainder according to ARS 42-18303(C).
