38. OFFERS ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 300-34-018F Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, the foregoing parcel was offered for sale at auction. No bids were received for the parcel at the auction, but thereafter the following bids were received. Please consider one of the following cash offers on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel. Additionally, there is no need for an Assessor’s Review since subsections (E) and (F) will not apply in the following cases. A.R.S.§42-18303(A) allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash. The following descriptions and considerations are presented to the Board of Supervisors, for final approval for the sale of the parcel: Parcel Number – 300-34-018F Date Previously Offered – Nov 2021 Offer #1 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Paul Schmidt c/o Z Kaitlyn Trust Amount of Offer – $1,000.00 Offer #2 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Marcelo Da Silva c/o Organikos LLC Amount of Offer – $2,600.00 Offer #3 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Jasminder Kaur c/o GStar Investments, LLC Amount of Offer – $1,050.00 If the Board accepts an offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing.
