IGA WITH THE ASU ATHLETIC FACILITIES DISTRICT AND ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS FOR THE IMPOSITION, COLLECTION, AND PAYMENT OF CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS Approve an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County, the ASU Athletic Facilities District, and the Arizona Board of Regen ts for the imposition, collection, and payment of certain assessments. This agreement shall go into effect after being executed by all parties. The purpose of this IGA is to enable the funding mechanism for the construction, reconstruction, furnishing, ma intenance, and improvement of the existing intercollegiate athletic facilities of Arizona State University (ASU). The funding mechanism is comprised of special assessments that are imposed by the Athletic Facilities District and collected by the County Tr easurer. (C-43-22-117-X-00)
