82. CALL CENTER STAFFING BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FY 2022 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), approve the following transfer of expenditure authority in the FY 2022 budget. 1. Increase the Call Center (D140) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $214,000. 2. Decrease the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) in the line “Unreserved Contingency” by $214,000. These changes allow the Call Center to add one net new FTE Supervisor position, cover the Call Center Director’s personnel costs, and hire contractors during high call volume time periods. These adjustments will have an overall net impact of zero on the FY 2022 budget. (C-43-22-126-X-00)
