51. OFFERS ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 502-51-002G Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, the foregoing parcel was offered for sale at auction. No bids were received for the parcel at the auction, but thereafter the following bids were received. Additionally, there is no need for an Assessor’s Review since subsections (E) and (F) will not apply in the following cases. Please consider the following two (2) cash offers. A.R.S.§42-18303(A) allows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash. The following descriptions and considerations are presented to the Board of Supervisors, for final approval for the sale of the parcel: Parcel Number – 502-51-009G Date Previously Offered – Nov 2021 Offer #1 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Aaron Walters Amount of Offer – $125.00 Offer #2 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Kevin Carter dba Carter Goods LLC Amount of Offer – $200.00 If the Board accepts an offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the county treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees and costs charged against the parcel, the treasurer shall apportion the remainder according to ARS 42-18303(C). If a bid is not accepted by the Board, direct the Treasurer’s Office to refund all monies. The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 4. Crossroads are S.
