126. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 141-63-884 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303 (E), the foregoing parcel was offered for sale at auction. No bids were received for the parcel at the auction, but thereafter the following bid was received. The Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The following descriptions and considerations are presented to the Board of Supervisors, for final approval for the sale of the parcel: Parcel Number – 141-63-884 Date Previously Offered – Mar 2020 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Flood Control District of Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona. Amount of Offer – $300.00 If the Board accepts an offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the county treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees and costs charged against the parcel, the treasurer shall apportion the remainder according to ARS 42-18303(C).
