54. MOU WITH PROPERTY INSIGHT Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Maricopa County through the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office and Property Insight, a division of EC Purchasing.com, Inc. The purpose of this MOU is to establish a data sharing plan where the Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office, at no cost, will provide the tax extension master report to Property Insight. In return, at no cost, Property Insight will provide designated Treasurer employees with access to Title Point for research. The effective date of this agreement is the date it is adopted by the parties and shall continue until the last day of the eleventh calendar month following the month of the effective date, unless terminated as otherwise provided in this MOU.
