34. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 301-68-152 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, the foregoing parcel was offered for sale at auction. No bids were received for the parcel at the auction, but thereafter the following bid was received. Please consider the cash offer on the following Tax Deeded Land parcel. A.R.S.§42-18303(A) a llows the county to sell property in the county held by the State by tax deed to the highest bidder for cash. Additionally, there is no need for an Assessor’s Review since subsections (E) and (F) will not apply in the following case. The following descrip tion and considerations are presented to the Board of Supervisors, for final approval for the sale of the parcel: Parcel Number – 301-68-152 Date Previously Offered – Nov 2021 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Sierra Gray Amount of Offer – $150.00 If the Board accepts the offer on the subject property, direct the Treasurer’s Office accept payment and prepare the Quit Claim Deed to convey the property to winning bidder and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42- 18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the county treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees and costs charged against the parcel, the treasurer shall apportion the remainder according to ARS 42-18303(C).
