17. REPURCHASE AGREEMENT CONTRACT Request approval for the master repurchase agreement contract and additional agreements between Northern Trust Corporation (sponsoring member), Maricopa County (sponsored member), and the Federal Income Clearing Corporation. The Treasurer’s Office would like to invest in repurchase agreements with a short-term duration (estimated one to ten business days). Repurchase agreements are investments that will diversify the current short-term investment portfolio and provide a better short-term yield. Repurchase agreements are collateralized by United States Treasuries at 102%, which limits the investment risk. The Treasurer’s Office currently has a repurchase agreement with Daiwa Capital Markets America, Inc (C-43-23-063-X-00). (C-43-24-028-X-00)
