46. OFFERS ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 104-82-006 The parcel below is presented for sale, subject to consideration and approval by the Board of Supervisors. Parcel Number – 104-82-006 Date Previously Offered – Nov 2021 Offer #1 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Aaron Walters Amount of Offer – $200.00 Offer #2 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – Laura Martini et. al. Amount of Offer – $400.00 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, real property, parcel 104-82-006, was offered for sale at auction; however, no bids were received. Therefore, the County may sell the real prope rty, parcel 104-82-006, pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(A), which allows the state tax dead on the property to be sold to the highest bidder for cash. Additionally, there is an attached Assessor’s Review since subsections E and F may apply. If the Board of Supervisors accepts the offer on the real property, parcel 104-82-006, the Treasurer’s Office will accept payment and prepare the quit claim deed to convey the property to the winning bidder and deliver it to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the County Treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees, and costs charged against parcel 104-82-006, the Treasurer shall apportion the remaining pr oceeds pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C). Once an offer is made and received by the Treasurer's Office and the offer on a parcel has been placed on the agenda, no additional offers on that parcel will be accepted. The subject property lies within Supervis orial District 5. The crossroads are S. 67th Avenue and W. Southern Ave. (C-43-24-006-X-00)
