45. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 500-03-269 H The parcel below is presented for sale, subject to consideration and approval by the Board of Supervisors. Parcel Number – 500-03-269H Date Previously Offered – May 2023 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – City of Goodyear Amount of Offer – $300.00 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), the Board of Supervisors may accept an offer from, and sell real property held by this state by tax deed to, the county or a city, town or special taxing district in the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. The Board of Supervisors shall convey the deed and apportion the monies received in the transaction in the manner prescribed by this section. If the Board of S upervisors accepts the offer on the real property, parcel 500-03-269H, the Treasurer’s Office will accept payment and prepare the quit claim deed to convey the property to the winning bidder and deliver it to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the County Treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees, and costs charged against parcel 500-03-269H, the Treasurer shall apportion the remaining p roceeds pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C).
