CLEARING UNCOLLECTIBLE TAX Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-19118, the certificate of clearance for the attached list of parcel numbers and tax years is presented to the Board of Supervisors for consideration and approval. The certificate of clearance and Sheriff’s affidavits are on file with the Clerk of the Board's Office and retained in accordance with the Arizona State Library Archives and Public Records (ASLAPR) approved retention schedule.
