OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 173-03-496A (Supervisorial District 2) Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), the following offer(s) to purchase parcel 173-03-496A have been received and are subject to consideration and approval by the Board of Supervisors. No additional offers on the parcel will be accepted. Parcel Number – 173-03-496A Date Previously Offered – N/A Purchaser / Name for the Deed – City of Scottsdale, an Arizona municipal corporation. Amount of Offer – $250.00 The County may sell parcel 173-03-496A pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(E), which authorizes the sale of state tax-deeded land to a county, city, town, or special district within the county for a public purpose related to transportation or flood control. An Assessor’s Office review is not required, as subsection F does not apply. If the Board of Supervisors accepts the offer on the real property, parcel 173-03-496A, the Treasurer’s Office will accept payment and prepare the quit claim deed to convey the property to the City of Scottsdale and deliver to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the County Treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees, and costs charged against parcel 173-03-496A, the Treasurer shall apportion the remaining proceeds pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C).
