32. OFFER ON TAX DEEDED LAND PARCEL 209-03-210 (Supervisorial District 3) The Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office received the following offer to purchase parcel 209-03-210. This offer is subject to consideration and approval by the Board of Supervisors. No additional offers on the parcel will be considered. Parcel Number – 209-03-210 Date Previously Offered – May 2023 Purchaser / Name for the Deed – ANTONIS, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company Amount of Offer – $200.00 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303, parcel 209-03-210 is deeded to the State of Arizona and was offered for sale at auction in May 2023. No winning bids were received at auction. Thus, pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(A), the County may sell parcel 209-03-210 to the highest bidder for cash. If the Board of Supervisors accepts the offer to purchase parcel 209-03-210, the Treasurer’s Office will accept payment and prepare the quitclaim deed conveying the property to the winning bidder. The Treasurer’s Office will deliver the quitclaim to the Clerk of the Board for further processing. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C), the proceeds of the winning bid shall be paid to the County Treasurer. After deducting and distributing interest, penalties, fees, and costs charged against parcel 209-03-210, the Treasurer shall apportion the remaining proceeds pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-18303(C). The subject property lies within Supervisorial District 3. The crossroads are N. 19th Ave & W. Pinnacle Peak. (C-43-26-038-X-00)
