59. AMENDMENT TO IGA G-30116 WITH FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY Approve Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement between Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) and the Maricopa County, (County) dated December 5, 2007 and recorded December 7, 2007. The original IGA was for the District to utilize office space at the County’s one stop shop. This IGA was for a payment of $2312.00 for use of the County’s counter space to provide service from District staff to the public. This Amendment No. 1 will extend the expiration date of IGA G-30116 to September 7, 2015, unless terminated earlier as provided for in the IGA. This IGA provides office space to the District for a "One Stop Shop" at the County's Planning and Development facility at 501 North 44th Street, Phoenix, Arizona. (C-44-08-007-0-01)
