ORDINANCE P-20 MARICOPA COUNTY ADDRESSING REGULATIONS Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251.08, set a public hearing for January 14, 2009, to solicit comments and consider the adoption of amended Ordinance P-20 Maricopa County Addressing Regulations regarding fee increases. The amended Ordinance is effective upon Board approval. A public hearing was held November 6, 2008, but due to an error in the legal advertisement for the November 6th public hearing, this matter is being readvertised in the legal newspaper and therefore a new public hearing date is being set for 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 14, 2009.
