FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE DRAINAGE REGULATIONS FOR MARICOPA COUNTY Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251, set a public hearing for January 14, 2009, to solicit comments and consider the adoption of TA2008010, a proposal to amend the Fee Schedule for the Drainage Regulations of Maricopa County. The amended Drainage Regulation Fee Schedule is to be effective upon Board approval. This amendment is to modify the existing fee structure for Precise Plans of Development to add an additional category that would allow minor accessory construction on existing properties, developed in substantial conformance with the Drainage Regulations, to be assessed a reduced flat fee rather than the existing parcel-based fee.
