55. RESOLUTION OF ADOPTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH MWD 187, LLC Approve by Resolution of Adoption the Development Agreement with MWD 187, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Corporation and Maricopa County, pursuant to Maricopa County Subdivision Regulations. The purpose of this Development Agreement is to ensure that the owner will not apply for, nor is entitled to receive, any permit from Maricopa County until the Owner or Owner’s nominee has provided a new financial assurance that conforms to the requirements of statute, ordinance and any and all stipulations and conditions. This development agreement is to be recorded as required pursuant to A.R.S. 11-1101. (Supervisorial District 4) (C-44-10-013-3-00)
